Steps to Marriage
Get your Marriage License in 5 easy steps!

Schedule an appointment and bring your ID. Please visit our Marriage Requirements page for a list of acceptable forms of ID.

You will receive your proof of marriage on the same day. We will then file all documents related to the marriage license with the County of Los Angeles.
STEP

Spend about 30 minutes filling out and signing the applicable documents. The Notary Public will notarize the marriage license.
STEP
04
You will receive your official marriage license and certificate of marriage directly from the County of Los Angeles at your mailing address within a 6-8 week period.

05
We will conduct your wedding ceremony and sign your marriage license.
